This 1920's cottage
overlooks the harbor and is located in historic downtown
Ketchikan. For travelers who would rather not rent a car
this would be a great location. Restaurants, shopping,
charter fishing, tours, the visitor's bureau and art
galleries are only steps away. A city bus stop is located
only a block away.

During the
day, large ships come and go from the docks directly across
the street from the cottage. Fresh crab and shrimp are often
sold directly from the fishing boats in this area. In front
of the dock is a beautiful new waterfront promenade which is
a wonderful place for stroll any time of the day or evening.
Want to go
fishing while you are in town? Charter boats leave from the
dock across the street. We don't have a more convenient
place for fishermen to stay! Just let us know and we can
make all your fishing arrangements for you.
The cottage
is a roomy 900 sq ft. The living room, kitchen, laundry room and
bathroom are on the main floor. Upstairs is a large bedroom
and a half. The queen bed and twin bed are separated by a
half-wall partition. There is also a full size and a twin size
futon in the living room for additional sleeping
accommodations.
