Perched on a hillside in a quiet Ketchikan neighborhood, this upscale Bed & Breakfast Suite offers informal elegance in a relaxing setting surrounded by the breathtaking natural beauty of the ocean and trees.

The B&B suite is a completely private retreat located only 3.5 miles from downtown Ketchikan. The host family lives in the upper portion of the home and is available to answer your questions about the area. The B&B suite is in the lower level of the home and faces a large landscaped yard completely surrounded by Cedar and Hemlock trees with a view of the active waterway of the Tongass Narrows.

The Suite has a modern kitchen, stocked with a self-serve continental breakfast buffet. There is a roomy deck outside the kitchen door complete with a gas barbeque. The kitchen table faces the view of mountains, trees and ocean.



Set up in a studio style, the suite has a queen bed and a sofa sleeper. When you're not enjoying the view from the large picture windows you can relax and watch a movie on the flat screen T.V.

 

Amenities include; dishwasher, microwave, high speed internet, cable T.V. and DVD player. Extended stay guests will appreciate the suite's private washer and dryer! Guests are also welcome to use the outside fire pit and explore the property's nature trails.

Many of Ketchikan's attractions are close by including; Saxman Totem Park, Herring Cove, Bugge's Beach, Alaska Rainforest Sanctuary and World Class Fishing.

Although we recommend that you rent a car, this property is within close walking distance to a city bus stop. (It would be an up hill walk to the property.) It is also close to the bike trail into town which is a little over three miles.
