These vacation rental units are located in our most requested area of downtown Ketchikan. The home is perched at the top of a one hundred sixty five foot bluff in an upper scale neighborhood of historic homes called "Nob Hill", which is located above Ketchikan's historic landmark tunnel. The heart of Ketchikan's historic downtown district is just a short, three minute walk.

Renting a car would make touring the Ketchikan area more interesting but at this location it would not be necessary.

Your view from every room is beautiful. You can watch the sunrise over Deer Mountain and the sunset over the Tongass Narrows. You will see float planes, ferries, cruise ships and private yachts pass before your unobstructed views of the Tongass Narrows and the Tongass National Forest.

The house has a view from every angle, of the busy harbor, Deer Mountain, the garden and the city lights.

Penthouse Suite;  is a 1,000 sq ft studio suite with a large wall of picture windows framing a breathtaking panoramic ocean view.  The living room has a queen size sofa bed and the partitioned bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen is suitable for any chef. A built in bed in one of the window dormers is a cozy spot to curl up with a book or just sit and watch the ships pass. Business travelers will enjoy the wireless Internet and the roomy desk. The Penthouse Suite has a large private deck with a gas barbeque complete with a mountain and Narrow's view. The bathroom is a tub/shower combination. There is a shared laundry room.
$185 per night double occupancy for 5 nights or more

Penthouse Suite;  Treat yourself to the most magnificent harbor view you will find in downtown Ketchikan. 

Island View Suite;  is a 800 sq ft two bedroom apartment suite on the lower floor of the home. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double and a twin bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa and chairs. The bright kitchen is fully equipped and has a wonderful view of the harbor and Deer Mountain.  The bathroom is a tub/shower combination. There is a shared laundry room.
