either by air or sea.BY SEA - The Alaska State Ferries travel the
Inside Passage year-round, departing from Bellingham, Washington or Prince Rupert, British
Columbia, the ferry makes it's first stop in Ketchikan, the "First City".
If you plan to travel
between the first of May and the first of October make your ferry reservations at least
six months in advance - the ferries book up fast.
