Unique Pennock Island Waterfront Cabin - This two bedroom beach house/cabin
is located on Pennock Island directly across from downtown Ketchikan. Access to the island
is by boat only. The house is equipped with 2 extra long twin beds in each of the two
bedrooms. These beds can be put together to make a king. For additional guests there are
two fold out sofas in the living room. The house has all the comforts of home, a fully
equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, telephone and TV with VCR and DVD. It is situated on three
acres of wooded beach property. The view from the house is of the busy Ketchikan harbor,
Tongass Narrows, Deer Mountain, and the city of Ketchikan. Guests have access to the
home's private dock for their rental boat. No road
access - boat in only. Transportation is not included in the rate. We can assist with
suggestions for transportation - a rental boat is available for an extra charge or you can

cabin is located in Loring, Alaska. It is equipped with 2 built-in bunks, a cot, and a
fold out sofa. The small kitchen has cold running water and a propane cook stove. Lanterns
are used for light. A solar shower is provided. Nearby fishing lakes and hiking trails.
There is a 14' skiff available for guests to rent. No road
access - fly or boat in. Transportation is not included in the rate. We can arrange

POW-704 This log cabin
resort offers private suites in the main cabin and several small and medium sized cabins
nestled in the woods around the property. The suites are one-bedroom with fold out
futon sofas in the living rooms that will comfortably sleep four. A medium sized cabin
(pictured above) will sleep five. The resort can accommodate groups beyond 16 people, but
limit packages to six boating guests. Children under 12 are discounted 25%. More Information &
